My Rainbow Shawl design was inspired by both the yarn and stitch. And this one is an asymmetrical shawl meaning we increase stitches on every other row all the way to the last row.

Red Heart It’s A Wrap Rainbow yarn is perfect for this shawl with its beautiful bright colors and interesting texture. The blend of acrylic and cotton makes it so soft and 1 ball/cake is enough for one shawl.

The double crunch crochet stitch creates extra texture with stitches of different heights used together. It consists of basic crochet stitches: slip stitches, double crochet and half double crochet stitches.
