Rainbow Sprinkles Cowl
I like making a mess in the kitchen. It doesn’t matter what I’m doing. It could be cooking, dyeing yarn or just making a simple cup of tea. No matter what, somehow something spills on the floor.
Of course my Mom doesn’t see eye-to-eye with me on this. So I decided to try to be a bit neater and I curbed the urge to use a spray bottle or salt shaker to speckle dye this yarn. Instead I stabbed it with a plastic fork.
I’m happy with the results, it spread a little more than I had thought it would so I’m interested to see how it’ll look once it’s knit up.
I chose to use an airy repetitive lace pattern on this cowl so neither the color nor the lace would overshadow the other.
