These mittens fit my son who is just 2 years old but can be adjusted to fit bigger hands by adding extra rows to the length.

The yarn is used doubled throughout which gives a firm finish which is extra warm.

I used Lorna’s Laces worsted weight yarn used doubled throughout but any light aran weight yarn or heavy weight double knitting would give similar results.
