Rainbow Wear 3 Ways Wrist Warmers - a simple knitting pattern for rainbow striped fingerless mittens that fold back seamlessly into wristers or wrist cuffs.

These wrist warmers will fit most size wrists and make a wonderful gift for anyone - if you can bear to give them away! Alternatively the pattern itself makes a fantastic gift for a knitter.

Because they are knitted top-down, it’s easy to make the arm part longer if desired by just adding more rows (though bear in mind you will need more yarn than specified).

Wear 3 ways:

  • As fingerless gloves – covering your hand and lower fingers (great for texting!)
  • As sleeve extensions – folded part-way back to cover the gap between your sweater and your mittens (great for outdoors!)
  • As wrist cuffs – folded all the way back as a double layer around your wrist to leave your whole hand uncovered (great for driving!)
