This pattern is suitable for all knitting machines.

The sample shown in the photographs was made on a standard gauge 4.5mm knitting machine, using various left-over yarns.

The gauge shown is 23sts, 28R = 10cm
The finished dimensions: length 86cm, width 143cm approx.

The gauge is not critical, but it is essential to knit a sample swatch first, to be sure that the finished fabric is of a loose enough tension to drape well.
