Rainbows, Ribbons, and Ruffles is a great skirt for children of all ages. The largest size is 6X but that has been successfully worn by an 8 year old. The skirt is designed to grow with the lucky child who gets to wear it. The draw string could be easily replaced with a colorful elastic to help with wear if you little girl has a smaller waist.
