A funky little gem of a ring that will add flair to any wardrobe.
Knit it today. Wear it tonight. Make a statement.

The Raindrop Ring will emphasize your words and your love of knitting with motion, drama and style.

The body of the ring is knit in the round. The knitting starts flat with a little “apron” at bottom (see the picture) and finishes flat with a gracefully draped point - crowned by a swinging gemstone.

Materials and tools:
• 30 gage wire
• 1 Briolette Bead
• Size 2 knitting needles (either 2 straight or a set of double pointed - to knit in the round/follow special direction in green)
• Scissors

Sizes:
S, (M, L)
Or, to size it yourself follow directions in purple ink
• Measure circumference of finger at base. (example - 2 ¼”)
• Make swatch to determine number of stitches per inch. (example – 7 sts/inch)
• Multiply Finger circumference by knitted swatch gage. (example – 2 ¼ x 7 = 15 ¾)
• Choose closest even number to determine number of stitches to cast on. (example: 16)
• Subtract slightly less than half to determine how many stitches to cast on. Be sure it is an even number. (example: 16/2 = 8, so I would cast on 10)
