Where I live there’s very little rain in the summer time, so I decided I would make my own!

This is a pattern was tested by various people with differing levels of expertise ranging from brand new beginner to expert level crocheter. All came to the same conclusion that this pattern is very beginner friendly and would be a great place to start learning to read patterns.
