Raindrops are Falling....
Raindrops are Falling…. is a versatile crescent shape shawl with a mirrored diagonal stitch pattern which transitions into a lace and drop border pattern.
Optional beads are knit into the drop border. Sewn on “rain drops” can also be added with helpful photo tutorials.

Glossary needs to be updated with the following:
1/1 RC = slip 1 st to cn in back, k1, k1 from cn
OR knit in the front of 2nd st on ln, knit 1st st, pull both sts off ln
1/1 LC = slip 1 st to cn in front, k1, k1 from cn
OR slip right needle from back between 1st and 2nd st on ln, knit into front of st, knit first st on left needle, pull both sts off ln
Advanced Beginner difficulty. Easy purled rows on the WS of the shawl make for a rather quick knit. You can finish with one or two border repeats. For example: You can add an additional drop border to the small or knit one border of the large for a medium size.
Charts and written row by row instructions are included.
Approximate measurements: 58”x18”, 68”x22”, 76”x26”, 80”x32”. Width includes the edging rows along top.
Approximate sizes are based on gauge and actual tests completed.
Small 56” x 18” with one border, dk weight on US#5 (3.5mm)
Large 76” x 26” with two borders, fingering weight yarn on US#5 (3.5mm)
