Initially this sweater was designed with a fuzzy yarn, like Drops Brushed Alpaca Silk yarn. Using fuzzy yarns, in crochet can be scary, but the result is so worth it. You get super cute finished item, light as a cloud, but warm at the same time. There is so many wonderful alpaca or mohair yarns to try! If you aren’t ready to use fuzzy yarns I included an alternative. As you can see (white sweater) it will look wonderful with a regular worsted weight yarn too.

Pattern includes two options for back opening - buttoned and tied.

• 100(125,150,200,225,250)g or 560(700,840,1120, 1260,1400)m or 612(765,918,1224,1377,1530)y of Drops Brushed Alpaca Silk yarn – this is a total amount needed for a sweater, however, you will have to work holding two strands together;

As an alternative, if you do not want to use fuzzy yarn, you can use Drops Nepal or any other similar worsted weight yarn instead; you will need 280(350,420,560,630,700)m or 306(382,459,612, 688,765)yards of Drops Nepal yarn
• crochet hook 4.5mm or size needed to obtain gauge
• 1 button (optional)
• tapestry needle
