Ramble On is designed in collaboration with Fuzzywhatknots, featuring four different mini skein kits that represent different genres of music from the 1970s: rock, folk, and disco! There is a little something for everyone to create a unique accessory that is specifically catered to your individual style and what you love to listen to. Pop, new wave, punk, electronic, indie or goth, one of these sets will bring your favorite songs to life.

This cowl is named after one of my favorite Led Zeppelin songs. I really wanted the creative chaos of their music to be reflected in this design because their brazen spirit and energy embodies what Teresa and I both love when it comes to yarn, pattern creation, and life in general. The two of us are so different, but also so similar, which is what makes this collaboration truly exciting and electric!

Ramble on is knit from the top down, starting with the chevron stripes. Extra stitches are cast on at the bottom to work the lace panel using short rows, which travel all the way around the hem. Afterthought ribbing around the collar accentuates the v neck shape for a polished finish. This piece has so much versatility! Wear it up as a hood or down as a cowl, choose a traditional rainbow configuration or shuffle the colors into a random hodgepodge, go dark or bright or earthy, the possibilities are endless!
