Not your grandma’s crocheted scarf! A single rosette adorns this high necked Victorian style neck warmer. Climbing tendrils and tentacles cascade here, and there and Everywhere! It closes just below the ruffle with the choice of either two or four buttons.

This design requires a basic understanding of crochet techniques such as increasing/decreasing, adding on yarn, and ability to make the single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet and triple crochet.
