Stripes and Dots was originally designed by Bohus Stickning / Kerstin Olsson in 1966 and was recreated by Pernille Silfverberg in 2021. Kits are available with a grey or slightly lighter grey main color. And black with rust reds.

To recreate Stripes and Dots the original charts were closely studied and vintage garments were carefully examined. The chart was lent to Pernille by Kerstin Olsson to make sure that the resulting patterns and yarns would match the original Bohus Stickning garments as closely as possible. The original Stripes and Dots design has a slightly lightener gray main color. Kerstin Olsson has approved both variants of gray main color.

Kit yarns are 100% wool. The pattern yarns (apart from natural colors and black) are hand dyed by Pernille to match the original Bohus Stickning pattern colors. AngoraGarnet guarantees that the wool used is produced without the controversial practice mulesing.
