YARN
You will need approximately 400 yards of weight 4 (worsted) yarn to create the main body of the bag.
To create the letter appliques, you will need weight 3 (DK) yarn in a variety of complimentary colors. Each individual letter requires approximately 8 yards.
If you do not have a variety of weight 3 scraps to use, an embroidery/cross stitch variety pack, such as the Lion Brand Bonbons, would work well for this project.
