These colourful, lacy, textured, cheerful socks are worked from the toe up with a gusset and slipstitched flap heel. Using up to 7 colours of a light worsted-weight yarn, they knit up amazingly quickly and are super cosy under boots or to wear around the house. The lace pattern has texture and a slight ripple effect, and is simple enough for less experienced knitters.

Gauge and sizing
20 sts and 28 rows per 10cm in stockinette gives a sock which generously fits a US size 7 womens foot (approx 25cm long). You can adjust size by adjusting gauge.

Materials
250m of worsted weight yarn. Requirements for each colour will depend on number of colours used and which colour the heel is worked in. I used approx 30m each of 8 colours.
Size 3 long circular or DPNs

Pattern comprises written instructions and chart.
