Rapunzel Scarf Hat is a pattern that was designed at Woodstock Wool Company and loved by many. We did production of it for Anthropologie in NYC in 2007 for their holiday catalog.
Scarf Hat is knit starting with the “scarf” from the bottom up in a ribbed cable. Stitches are then placed on holders and later picked up when top of “hat” is knit in the round.
Double strand of yarn is used through out - one strand of a Bulky weight and one strand of a mohair.
