Rapunzel’s finest -pattern was inspired by the story of princess Rapunzel and her beautiful hair.

Pattern includes 4 sizes to choose from, and also hints and tips for adjusting the size.

My socks (in the picture) are knitted with a bit heavier fingering yarn Drops Nord (340m/100g) and 2,25mm needles, giving me a gauge of 17sts/5cm (2 inches).
My socks are size 64sts.
If I would knit these socks with basic fingering yarn (420m/100g) and 2mm needles, I would knit size 68sts and my gauge would be about 18-19sts/5cm (2 inches).

I also testknitted the lace chart on the back of the sock too, but I don’t recommend this in the pattern, because with some stitch amounts it might be difficult to position the lace in the middle back in the way that it would continue nicely after the ribbing.

Ohjeessa on 4 eri kokoa mistä valita, ja myös vinkkejä miten säätää kokoa lisää.

Minun sukkani (kuvassa) on neulottu hieman paksummalla fingering-vahvuisella langalla eli Drops Nord (340m/100g) ja puikot 2,25mm. Tiheydeksi tuli näillä noin 17s/5cm. Sukkani ovat kokoa 64s.
Jos neuloisin nämä tavallisella fingering-vahvuisella langalla (noin 420m/100g) niin tekisin 2mm puikoilla isoimman koon (68s) ja tiheydeksi tulisi noin 18-19s/5cm.

Omissa sukissani kokeilin neuloa pitsin myös sukan taakse, mutta ohjeessa en suosittele sitä, koska joillain silmukkamäärillä voi olla hankalaa sijoittaa pitsi taakse keskelle niin että silmukat asettuvat nätisti resoriin nähden.
