This cardigan has a vintage feel and would be a great fall to spring layering piece. Worked in one
piece to underarm, sleeves are worked separately, then joined to yoke. The detail on the yoke match
the sleeves and bands adding a lovely touch !!

The only seaming required are the sleeve seams. Schematic is included.

Cardigan – Sizes, 0 – 3 months -- 3 - 6 months -- 6 - 12 months -- 12 - 18 months -- 2yrs -- 4yrs

Skill level : intermediate

MATERIALS REQUIRED - Double Knit, Light Worsted #3 yarn, 105m (114 yards) per 50g ball

Number of balls required:

0-3 months -- 3 x 50 gram balls | 3-6 months -- 4 x 50 gram balls
6-12 months -- 4 x 50 gram balls | 12-18 months -- 5 x 50 gram balls
2 years -- 6 x 50 gram balls | 4 years -- 7 x 50 gram balls

One pair 3.75mm (US 5 : UK 9) extra long straight needles, or circular needles.
Spare needles or scrap yarn

3 3 : 3 : 3 : 4 : 4 buttons

TENSION / GAUGE
22 sts x 28 rows = 10cm (4in) worked in st st on 3.75mm (US 5 : UK 9) needles.
