This is a seamless top down sweater with some fun colourwork.

Yarn requirements:
S-M: main colour 3 balls, contrasting colour 2 balls (you will most probably use up about 1.5 ball)
L-XL: MC main colour 4 balls, contrasting colour 2 balls

16 sts x 32 rows (2 pattern repeats in the width x 2 pattern repeats in the height) = approximately 9.8 cm x 8 cm
