This jumper has a mock cross over front & bell shaped sleeves that come into a small cuff. The hat is a garlic shaped beret finished off with a large crochet/knitted flower. There is a chart for the neck & shoulder shaping & photos for the front edging.
The ‘Cinderella’ yarn could be substituted for other man-made yarns that can be sucessfully knitted on 4mm needles.
