A beautiful lace edging to add to your own projects. This lace is worked top down and over a multiple of 16 stitches +5. It requires mostly the basic lace knitting techniques such as yarn over and decreases on the right side of the work and few special stitches (the pattern includes instructions for these).

The lace in the pictures is made of Drops Lace (70% Alpaca, 30% Silk, 50 g = approx. 400 m, needle size: 2,5 mm). However, the type of yarn depends the use of lace, so choose the yarn which suits to your project and needle size recommended to yarn.

Gauge is not important, the lace will look good if you knit it a bit loosely and block it carefully before use.
