Pattern errata for german version
Fehlerkorrektur für die deutsche Version:
Auf Seite 2 heißt es bei den Erklärungen der Zunahmen MRp und MLp jeweils am Ende des Satzes “… die folgende M links stricken” Diesen letzten Satzteil habe ich in Version9 entfernt, weil das eigentlich nicht mehr zur Zunahme gehört und nur verwirrt. Bitte nach der eigentlichen Zunahme einfach so weiterstricken, wie es in der Anleitung bei Rüschen, Seite 4, beschrieben ist (das sind je nach Art der Zunahme entweder li oder re M).

Pattern includes also instructions for resizing your garment and recalculating stitch count for the ruffles based on the two yarn qualities.

Size I (neckerchief)
Yarn:1 skein Wollmeise 100 % merino, 525 m / 574 yds
Measurements: 120 cm x 20 cm / 47” x 8” (incl. 2.5 cm / 1” for ruffles)
Needles: straight or circular needles 3 mm / US size 2 - 3
circular needles 2.5 mm / US size 1 - 2 (cable length at least 40”)
Gauge: 28 sts x 39 rows in stockinette stitch = 10 cm / 4”

Size II (shawlette S/M)
Yarn: 2 skeins Wollmeise 100 % merino, 1050 m / 1148 yds
(one full skein for body, approx. 60 grams for ruffle)
Measurements: 160 cm x 30 cm / 63” x 12” (incl. 2.5 cm / 1” for ruffles)
Needles: straight or circular needles 3 mm / US size 2 – 3
circular needles 2.5 mm / US size 1 - 2 (cable length at least 40 - 47”;
using 2 circular needles, each 36” will work even better for the ruffles)
Gauge: 28 sts x 39 rows in stockinette stitch = 10 cm / 4”

Size III (shawlette M)
Yarn: 1 skein Wollmeise lace yarn, 1591 m / 1740 yds
This yardage equates to 795 m / 870 yds since you will use 2 strands held together!
Measurements:180 cm x 36 cm / 71” x 14” (incl. 3 cm / 1.5” for ruffles)
Needles: circular needles 3.75 mm / US size 5;
circular needles 3.25 mm / US size 3 (cable length at least 47”; using 2 circular needles, each 36” will work even better for the ruffles)
Gauge: 24 sts x 31 rows (using 2 strands of lace held together)
in stockinette stitch = 10 cm / 4”
