GAUGE

CONSTRUCTION
Rattan is a relaxed and slightly oversized, drop-shoulder sweater. The sweater is worked seamlessly from the bottom up. The body is worked in the round with increases for an optional waist shaping until reaching the underarms. After this the back and front are worked flat. Shoulders are seamed with the 3-Needle Bind-Off Method. Stitches are picked up around the armholes and the sleeves are worked in the round. Finally, stitches for the neckline are picked up to be worked in the round.
