Rattan Sweater
Overview:
Rattan Sweater is worked top-down. The textured pattern is formed from simple chart repeats and extends neatly into deep ribbing, which is split at the hem. First the back is worked flat with shoulder increase detailing, which is echoed on the sleeve and neckline shaping. Stitches are picked-up for the front and the neckline is then shaped before the front and back are joined at the underarms to be worked in the round. The sleeves and neckband are worked from stitches that are picked-up and the neckband is folded and knit or sewn down to the inside.

The suggested fit is your own measurement +25 cm (9¾ inches) movement allowance. A diagram with finished measurements is included in the pattern. The sleeve and body length can be adjusted if preferred.
