Inspired by the headland between Robin Hood’s Bay and Scarborough, this hat combines samples of motifs found in Ganseys along the Yorkshire coast. With all sizes using one hank, this quick and easy project is perfect for practicing Gansey stitches.

To fit head size: 46 (51, 56)cm/18 (20, 22)” with 1.25cm/½” negative ease

3.5mm (US 4) circular needle, 40cm/16” length
4mm (US 6) circular needle, 40cm/16” length
4mm (US 6) DPNs for shaping the crown
