This pattern is also available for purchase in the Ravensdowne Collection eBook which includes both the Ravensdowne Hat and Cowl patterns.

A trio of plush cables is worked flat then joined to form a loop. The pattern is written for a super bulky cowl or a short, bulky infinity scarf. The length can be adjusted for either yarn weight. Instructions for an optional, removable super bulky button tab are also included.

The piece begins with a provisional cast-on and is completed by grafting the ends together. If you would prefer not to graft and are not bothered by a visible join, you may choose to use a three-needle bind-off to complete the loop.

Written and charted instructions are included. Those using the chart will need to refer to the written instructions with respect to casting on, finishing, and working the optional button tab.

Three versions:

  • Super Bulky cowl: 9” × 29” / 23 cm × 74 cm requires 212 yds / 194 m
  • Bulky Infinity scarf (short version): 6” x 38.5” / 15 cm × 98 cm requires 260 yds / 238 m
  • Bulky Infinity scarf (longer version): 6” × 49” / 15 cm × 125 cm requires 350 yds / 320 m
