Ravensforest… a summer wrap in Lichen and Lace Rustic Heather Sport, and Marsh Mohair, scattered with butterflies. When I saw this lovely May 2024 special colourway, Peach Tea, I could just “taste” summer and got busy with my needles. A luscious texture is accomplished by using a strand of each yarn held together throughout.

Yarns are held together:
Lichen and Lace Rustic Heather Sport 8 x 56g
Lichen and Lace Marsh Mohair 4 x 50g
or substitute with yarn that will provide a close gauge.

Needles and Notions:
Needle Size: 5.5 mm (Note: I work with classic straight needles. If you use interchangeable needles, select the cable length that will accommodate the number of sts for the size you are knitting).
2 Cable Needles.
There are 2 cable needles required in Row 27 of the pattern to make the cable. See 2-2-2 LPC.
2 Stitch Markers.

Gauge:
16 sts x 20 rows = 4 ins/10 cm on 5.5 mm needles in stocking st, with one strand of each yarn held together.
