Ravenwood Dragon Cloak

Bell Shaped Cape/Cloak - Fastened with a Shawl Pin, Double-Sided Buttons or Pedestal Buttons.

Curved Arcs of Scales of Descending Size.

Worked Flat, Lower Edge Up on Long Circular Needles.
