Re-bound is the second installation in Helicoid, a collection utilizing intarsia in the round. Using a mini skein and a full skein of yarn, it is a great solution to the problem of having that one gorgeous mini skein that is too beautiful to “just” go into a scrappy project. The mini skein is used on the sole of the foot, so keep that in mind when looking at fiber content or ply structure.

The sample socks used only about 50% of a full skein, so this would also be a good pattern for using up a larger scrap. A 20g mini is more than enough for the contrast color.
