Realistic Amigurumi Doll
A free version is also available.
Amigurumi style doll with realistically shaped body. Specific instructions given for a 10-inch tall doll, but the pattern is easy to customize to any size doll. Pattern is a little advanced. If you’re familiar with making amigurumi dolls, this pattern will be fairly simple. But for a beginner it can be complex. This is an advanced version of my basic curvy doll pattern/tutorial.
Use Aran weight yarn. Worsted weight may be used but you may want to use a smaller hook (like a size B) to maintain the proper tension
I used much less than a skein of Red Heart brand yarn in “Cafe Latte” for my doll, but if you’re making a much larger doll or using a smaller skein, you may need more yarn.
