Reannen was inspired by the coming of cooler weather. I wanted a textured, somewhat oversized sweater to layer with other garments. This jacket uses a simple slip-stitch rib pattern that is quick and easy to knit and results in a thick and textured fabric. It is knit in pieces and then seamed. The zipper is hand sewn in with an encased lining, so the jacket looks great open at the collar as well as zipped up into a turtleneck.
