This is a simple granny square blanket, great for a beginner looking for a new challenge or for any crocheter looking for a great gift. This is designed as a baby blanket, but instructions are included to make it as big as you’d like. You can also alternate by more than just two colors, the possibilities are endless!

Yardage estimates are based on the baby blanket size. You can continue to add repeats, but will need more yardage to do so.

Supplies:

• 1050 yards of DK weight yarn in 2 colors – 650 yards of color A (White) and 400 yards of color B (Black) (shown in Simplicity by Hikoo in 001 (White) and 002 (Black))
• 4mm (G) crochet hook
• Tapestry Needle
