As women of color business owner and a believer in freedom of speech and democracy, I cannot sit on the sidelines this mid-term election. There’s too much at stake and I want to do my part the best way I can. I have been part of many knitting groups over the years and we talk about a lot of things from not only yarn and crafting but personal topics too. In the last two years, politics, in particular women rights issues, racism & diversity and issues related to family have been a huge part of this discussion.

Just like the pussyhat movement, I’d like to engage everyone to CRAFT FOR YOUR CAUSE. In this club, you will receive two skeins of either solid or variegated colorway of SW Merino Worsted weight wool, knitting and crochet pattern of a bandana handkerchief, and a project bag. My goal is for everyone to wear this bandana if we are registering people to vote, protesting, attending meetings. As long as we are unified.

IMPORTANT INFO: We are releasing our September Knitting and Crochet Club sign ups now as we are launching our “Rebel with a Cause Campaign.” Sign Ups end August 31st.
