Rebound
Cozy up in this all-in-one accessory! Rebound is both an oversized cowl and a body shrug.
There’s a fit for everyone here, with three sizes to choose from that give you options for wearing Rebound with any ease you prefer. It can be snug or loose. Just measure around your chest and arms together, and select a finished size that is smaller or larger to determine your fit. And the gauge of 13 sts per 4” makes a very stretchy fabric that will expand up to 10” beyond the finished sizes given. Even more options to wear Rebound any way you like!
This design is similar to my Echo cowl. It’s got the same eyelet border and short row sections at the top, to make it slouchy and cozy around your neck. The neck opening measures 30” for every size. The body portion is longer and shaped, however, so it’s like an Echo cowl stacked on top of a full body shrug!
Rebound has a few decrease rounds in the body, as you work it bottom up. It’s styled to be generous around your chest and arms, and then tapered around your shoulders and neck.
Easy to pull down or scrunch up. Lots of ways to wear it!
Approximate yardages used per size: 650, 750, 975
Length for all sizes from back of neck to bottom hem = 25”
& from front of neck to bottom hem = 28”
Rebound is knit from the bottom up, and the length is easily customizable! You can omit any number of the first 4 bottom stockinette rings, as there is no shaping or stitch count change in that section.
