Reconvene Wrap
I have put down and picked up this project more times than I care to count, but it was a fun, easy to remember, relaxing project to work on! Pattern is worked in a multiple of 6, so you could make it narrower if you prefer a scarf, or wider if you would like a fuller wrap – project uses the full ball of Kakigori, so adjust amount of yarn accordingly if you wish to customize your wrap size. Enjoy!
Materials:
1 ball Noro Kakigori (50/30/10/10 cotton/silk/viscose/polyamide, 200g/660yd, dk weight, color 13 Fukuyama sown)
US 7 needles in 24” length (or whatever length is comfortable for you and number of stitches)
2 stitch markers
Scissors and yarn needle for weaving in ends
Measurements: Gauge isn’t critical, but before blocking in garter gauge is 20 sts X 30 rows in a 4-inch X 4-inch square. Before blocking wrap measures 14 inches wide and 56 inches long. After blocking it grew to 62 inches long.
