Red Angry birds
FORMAT: PDF document of 9 pages with detailed instructions and images illustrating the process
SKILL LEVEL: Easy/ Intermediate
FINISHED SIZE: If done with fingering or super fine yarn and 1.3 mm hook, it’s sitting 11” (27 cm) tall
MATERIALS:
1. Yarn
• Textured Red (Weight: fine or light yarn)
• Textured Pink (Weight: fine or light yarn)
• Normal Orange (Weight: fingering or super fine yarn)
- Hook 1,3 and 2-3
- Fiberfill
- Yarn or tapestry needle
- Two red and three black feathers
- Pieces of white and black felt for eyes
- Plastic eyes (you can make them out of felt or draw)
IMPORTANT:
• All rounds are worked in a continuous spiral, unless instructed otherwise
• Use a stitchmarker for counting your rounds
• If you prefer to sew parts together, leave a long tail after you finish off. I think the toy looks neater if you sew with a finer yarn. (For example, a seperate piece of thread from the yarn you crocheted with)
• It is easier if you add your fiberfill to all the pieces as you are crocheting them
