Red Currant Afghan Square
This square features simple intarsia worked from a chart, and includes a pattern for a five-lobed leaf. The gauge is a bit stiffer to support the weight of beads, so this pattern is a good candidate to repurpose as a panel for a bag or pillow.
Second square in a series for a crocheted Rare Fruit Sampler afghan, featuring fruits hardy in the northern latitudes; suitable for red, white or pink currants, Ribes rubrum.
