Each pattern include very detailed instructions with numerous illustrations. General instructions such as abbreviations are also included. This pattern is size 4-5T, but can be easily adjusted to any size. You will only need the following sizes:

hip
length
Additional Measurements for the following sizes are in the pattern (6m, 12-18m, 24m)
