Red Mushroom Plushie Crochet pattern

This pattern is recommended for advance beginners, or those who have mastered the stitches mentioned in the abbreviations listed, as well as a Front Post Double Crochet.

Abbreviations (US)-
MC- Magic Circle
CH- Chain
ST- Stitch
DC- Double Crochet
…- Repeat
SLST- Slip Stitch
BLO- Back Loop Only
DEC- Decrease

Tools and Materials

1 skein Red Heart Super Saver- Cherry (optional)
1 skein Red Heart Super Saver- Buff (optional)
1 skein Red Heart Super Saver- White (optional)
Crochet hook depends on desired project- Size E (Small), Size H (Medium), Size k (Large)
Yarn or Tapestry needle
Scissors
Stitch Marker
Stitch counter if needed
Polyfil
(Optional) Safety Eyes and Fasteners

Special Notes

CH does not count as a ST.
Most Rounds are completed by a SLST into the top of the first DC, then CH 2.
Only work (BLO) on Row that states it. Otherwise, work both loops as normal.
This pattern can be worked in a variety of colors so use any color yarn you would like.
Safety eyes are optional, stitching on a mouth, as well as circle placement and sizes.
Experiment to get a Mushroom unique to you.
This pattern contains a Front Post Double Crochet in R13 as described and shown in pictures.
