This Oversized Hooded Cowl is inspired by all the Wolf Cowl Patterns I have seen. I created this Pattern to work from the top of the hood down through the cowl. This allows for the Cowl to be worked for more rows and eventually turning into a Cape. I also love that the starting chains are in the hood – making the bottom edge stretchy, for a loose, comfortable fit!

Material: Loops & Threads Charisma (109 yards) – Adult size (with a cowl only) 5 skeins Red and 1 skein White. Can also use Wool Blend Yarns for Thicker/Warmer Hood.

US P crochet hook for Loops & Threads yarns OR N crochet hook for Wool Blend Yarns

Yarn Needle for hiding Tails and optional tacking down Hood Cuff

Sizes: 12-18 months (Toddler, Child, Adult)

Stitches Used: Ch – Chain, Slip Stitch, Sc – Single Crochet, and Dc – Double Crochet
