Red Squirrel
The coat of this little critter varies in color with time of year and location, although the underside is always white-cream.
This Red Squirrel pattern switches back and forth between knitting in the round, and knitting flat, just to make sure you’re not falling asleep. :-) It is around 6” from head to tail, and 3” wide when finished.
Learn more about this wonderful animal and 24 others when you read the pages of a naturalist as she travels the world, documenting the animals she sees, and designing knitting patterns for each one. This book was a collaboration with my children who did the artwork.
