Hi there!
I made the pattern customizable on it’s size so you can learn how I designed it for me. This allows you to make it fit you the way you want it, and not have to worry about fitting problems.
I used Yarn Bee Soft Secret in colors Chili Red, White, and Bright Blue. Used 1 skein plus a few yards of both the Chili Red and Bright Blue, but used almost 2 full skeins of White.
The colors are definitely just a suggestion, I made this around the 4th of July, looking for something light and festive.
Note that with the gauge I was using that the cardigan will not hold a ton of heat, but is rather breathable. If you are looking for a warmer cardigan, fear not, use a smaller hook to obtain the desired thickness you are looking for.
I also required a tapestry needle, scissors, and stitch markers.
The pattern is composed of what I call Broken Shells. Giving it a nice lacey like look.
