Rede is the first pattern from My heart which is a collection inspired by my favorite garments with a very feminine accent like shawls, berets and shrugs that among others will warm both body and soul. With a vintage flavor, laces, cables and fine details are some of the resources presented in this album.

This is the perfect stash buster project. It was mine! I used DK yarn but I think it works well with sock, bulky or even super bulky yarn too. Knit with a soft mohair yarn for yourself or with a nice tweed for your sweetheart, with smaller or bigger needles…
What about offering Rede as a Christmas gift? The lace st pattern is easy to memorize, pretty in both sides of the fabric, fun and fast to knit, plus ideal to wear in those chilly nights. It’s up to you… Happy knitting!
