This is a dishcloth with a seed stitch border and a seed stitch cross in the center. The pattern has both written instructions and a chart.

There is only one size option- 8” x 8”. If your gauge is different, your dishcloth will be a different size. Gauge is not super important, but it will also affect your yardage.

The materials needed are 50-60 (I used 51) yards of cotton. I used Red Heart’s Creme de la Creme cotton. You also need size US 6 needles and a darning needle.

Skills needed are how to knit, purl, cast on using the long tail method, and bind off knit wise.

I used white yarn to symbolize that our sins are washed clean because of our Savior, Jesus, dying on the cross. There is no greater love than that! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me through my Ravelry account, Knittybrenna. Thank you! God bless!
