Houndstooth is such an elegant and classic stitch pattern and by knitting with the Mosaic technique it is also incredibly simple.
The Mosaic technique makes it so easy to knit with only knitting one colour per round. If you are new to Mosaic this pattern is a great starting point. For those with more experience it is a fun and relaxing knit with quick results.
There are two sizes to choose from and Reflection is a great way to use up stash yarn, or give you an excuse to visit your LYS.
