Refraction Shawlette
This shawlette is triangular and knit from the top down, using a single skein of sock yarn.
The diamond patterns start off simply and “refract” towards the edging, becoming a little bit more challenging, but it is still easily read as it is being created.
The lace is knit on the right side only.
It should be noted that some testers ran out of yarn, so be very sure of your gauge, if you are loose knitter, I recommend dropping a needle size.
One knitter added an extra repeat of Chart B to get a larger shawl, which used 484 yards of fingering weight yarn.
