One of my childhood memories is of my mother’s sewing cupboard, filled with an endless variety of gorgeous trimmings. We often sewed trimming onto clothing to make it a bit more special, or to give a new touch to something old. Still today, I love wandering through trimming shops and usually walk out with a few new varieties.

Gold and black trimming, 1 1/4” (3cm) wide
Gold metallic thread, about 22yd (20m)
Brass cuff bracelet base, 2” (5cm) x 7” (18cm)
