A warm and comfortable poncho with (or without) cuffs.

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner/Intermediate

This poncho is a typical oversized one size fits most.
It should be fine for anyone sized sm to xl. It may even fit xxl.
If you want a different fit:

  • Use Sport weight with 2.50mm and 3.50mm for small child.
  • Use DK with 3.50 and 4.50mm for a smaller size.
  • Use chunky with 5.50mm and 6.50mm for a larger size.

Yarn requirements (what I used):

Patons Canadiana (New) (Worsted (4)) – 100g/187m (3.5 oz/205y):
A - Winter White - 1 (You won’t need all of it)
B - Fools Gold - 1 (You won’t need all of it)
C - Cherished Yellow - 1 (You won’t need all of it)
D - Cardinal - 8

Premier Eversoft (Worsted (4)) – 85g/144.5m (3 oz/158y):
E - Tan - 3

Red Heart Super Saver (Worsted (4)):
F - Windsor Blue – scrap amounts, maybe 20 to 30 y

This pattern has been tested in worsted and chunky weight yarns. If using chunky, be sure your yarns are all the same thickness to avoid a monster sized poncho.
