Square cushion cover with Regency era motifs, including ladies and gentlemen, bonnets, teacups, fan, journals and quills.
Cushion cover is removable with slit to insert cushion pad.
Size is 18 inches long by 18 inches wide. I recommend using a larger cushion pad to plump the cushion up more.
Cushion cover was created using Stylecraft Special Chunky yarn in Cream (300g), Bluebell (50g), Black (20g), Royal (20g), Mushroom (10g), Green (15g), Mustard (10g), Lipstick (10g) and Sage (15g). Feel free to use any brand of chunky yarn as long as it obtains the correct gauge.
Knitted using 6mm needles.
Also requires darning needle for sewing in ends.
Gauge is 18 rows to 10cms (height) and 14 stitches to 10cms (width) in stockinette stitch.
Skill level: Beginner to Intermediate. Pattern requires colour work and embroidery.
