This is a super easy scarf to crochet. It’s a one row pattern! The soft ruffles drape and twirl yet will still lay flat around your neck. Make it long (7” x 35”) or a shorter buttoned version (7” x 17”). Pattern includes written instructions and crochet charts. Have fun!
